The 2012-2013 NCC Foundation Scholarship
Application will open April 11, 2012 and will remain
open until 4pm on Friday, May 18, 2012. By
clicking the link below, you will be taken to the application site to
complete the online application. This is the only way
to apply for a Foundation scholarship. No paper applications
will be accepted. To help you properly complete the scholarship
application, please download the 2012-2013 Scholarship Checklist below
and be sure that you fulfill the application requirements.

NCC Foundation Scholarship, please carefully
read the requirements
below.
You are eligible to apply if you meet the following
requirements:
It is anticipated that a large number of scholarships will be
awarded for the 2012-2013 academic year. These awards will vary in
amount and will be determined by a number of factors, including but not
limited to:
For the 2011-2012 academic year, the NCC Foundation awarded a total
of $448,350 to 183 students. The average award was
$2,450.

You MUST complete the entire application to be considered
eligible for an NCC Foundation Schoalrship. You WILL NOT be able to save
your data and come back and complete the application at a later date. If
you leave this site prior to completing all the required fields, your
data will not be saved and you will have to start a new application.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
No paper applications will be accepted.
You will be asked to complete a minimum 300
word essay. The essay should cover:

Your career and educational goals
•
Any extra-curricular or community activities, including
any leadership roles
•
Unusual circumstances, including financial need, for
the committee to consider
•
Your academic experience at NCC
•
How an NCC Foundation Scholarship would help you in
your studies.
We strongly advise that you complete the essay BEFORE
beginning this application. Write it in a text program – you will be
able to copy and paste the essay into the application later.
