  • The Power of Place: Geography for the 21st CenturyPart of the Annenberg Media's vast Web site devoted to geographical skills and concepts to examine the relationship between people and the natural environment. The site includes maps, animations, case studies, 26 films via a Video on Demand (VoD) icon, and commentary by academic specialists. The Annenberg Media group offers free satellite connection via the Annenberg channel to public access outlets offered through libraries, colleges, schools, and other community agencies.
