Please fill out and
submit this form to Linda Lerman, Director of Library Services,
at least two weeks
prior to requested date. You will receive written confirmation
as soon as the class is scheduled. Prior to the scheduled
date, the librarian assigned to conduct the Library Instruction
[LI] session will contact you to discuss the specific
nature and needs of your class. Library Instruction classes
are held in the library and presentations usually run
about an hour. Faculty members are expected to attend
all sessions they schedule. In order to save class time
you might want to have your class meet you in the library
prior to the start of the session.
The following topics may be covered in order to familiarize
the students with the services of the Library and to provide
a solid basis for doing research in any library. Feel
free to check mark one or more of the topics below which
you would like the librarian to emphasize.
