Use
of Other Libraries
If you have a library
card from your local public
library in Connecticut, you can use it in most
other public libraries in the state. (Remember: the
NCC library card can only be used in the NCC Baker Library,
but " don't leave home without it.")
There are different ways to find materials in other libraries
via the NCC Baker Library home page: With the help of the database
ReQuest you can see what is owned by over 200 Connecticut
Libraries. There are also links to the "live" online
catalogs of nearby libraries via
Libraries and Online Catalogs. On that page there
is also a way to search for books and compare prices from many
different online vendors.
Information about Interlibrary Loans, a service available
for NCC faculty and students.
