The mission of the Information Technology (IT) Department is to provide the highest quality support possible to advance the instructional and community goals of Norwalk Community College. The IT Department provides a comprehensive variety of services supporting the use of technology in the educational process.
Working in collaboration with the faculty, staff, and student support, we seek to promote the effective integration of technology into teaching, as well as to provide support to promote the administrative and community functions of Norwalk Community College.
The IT Help Desk is the primary contact for staff, faculty, and students for NCC technology issues that cannot be resolved using self-help methods. The Help Desk supports the technology that is provided in offices, classrooms, and labs on campus.
In the event you have a computer problem, please call the IT Help Desk at the following number, or send an email to the address listed below. You will receive help over the phone, and if necessary, the Help Desk will dispatch a staff person to you as soon as possible. Each request is logged and tracked to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
