ESL CREDIT PROGRAM COURSE SEQUENCE
- The core program consists of 5
writing-based courses:
ESL 022
ESL 132
ESL 142
ESL 152
ESL 192
- Elective courses can be taken
depending on the writing level.
- Instructors may recommend electives
such as grammar for students who need it to improve their writing.
- Students who finish ESL 192 and in
some cases ESL 152 with at least a “C” grade go into ENG 101 and
in some cases ENG 084 (Basic Composition).
