E-portfolio: Digication

What is an e-portfolio?   

An E-portfolio is essentially an electronic version of a paper-based portfolio, created in a computer environment, and incorporating not just text, but graphic, audio and video material as well, designed to support a variety of pedagogical processes and assessment purposes.

 

What is Digication?   

Digication is the platform NCC is using for students and faculty to create and share ePortfolios.  It's an online e-Portfolio tool for showcasing work and achievements.

Benefits of electronic portfolios

The benefits of electronic portfolios are many and varied. The literature on ePortfolios is extensive. The following summarizes the main points found in much of the literature:
